[WRTC2018] WRTC callsign pattern needed to prepare RBN/Skimmers

It was not a criticism of the two radio amateurs. It was my opinion about
"world champions" rely on two radio amateurs to win.
I am sure that the participants in the WRTC know RBN and know how they come
to the cluster without outside help.
